Wolfpack Fitness is so pleased to offer yoga classes to our members. Our pop-up yoga classes offer the perfect balancing experience for anyone seeking to complement our strength and cycling classes. The goal is to add flexibility, mobility and even recovery so that all members can continue to move in the strongest way possible. We have been so excited to welcome Kelsey Keaveney (@djginger_cycles) and Kristin Hannings (@khannings) as our yoga coaches. Their enthusiasm and experience will ensure you have the best yoga experience.
Our first classes were very well attended and the feedback has been so positive. The best part is we cater to yoga practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis, creating a supportive community that fosters growth and self-discovery. There is a place on the mat for everyone. We invite you to join us throughout the summer for these yoga pop ups.
