Here at Wolfpack we believe in doing it all: cardio *and* strength.  With our three formats, you get everything you need to move into the best, strongest, most balanced version of yourself.  

HYBRID

CYCLING AND STRENGTH
55 MINUTES
 
25 min of Cycle Interval training followed by 25 min of weight training. Depending on the day, strength segments will have Upper, Lower and
Full Body Focus. ​

THE OG WOLFPACK

FULL BODY WORKOUT

50 MINUTES 

Our original workout incorporates a full body burn. Each class will vary, but will include 4 or more rotating stations. Our full body workout focus is strength, endurance and power.

45 MINUTES

Your premium cardio workout. Intentionally programmed to increase your fitness and endurance levels using interval training. Dark room, studio lights, intense beats, need we say more?
