We get it.
We are happy to answer any and all of your questions in person when you first come in but these are many of the questions we get asked a lot. Our biggest goal is to break down any and all barriers to you finding the strongest version of yourself.
What if I haven't worked out in years?
That is totally fine. We can meet you where you are. We can modify exercises. All we know is that if you come into class consistently you WILL get stronger. Everyone starts somewhere.
What if I'm nervous?
We recently polled our members and the vast majority of our members were nervous so you are definitely not alone. It is a big step walking into a new space like this, we understand. But we will greet you at the door and take you through your workout in a way that makes you feel supported and part of our pack.
What if I have an injury?
No problem. Every body is different and we can accommodate whatever you can handle. Just tell us at the start of class and we'll help you modify the workout.
What kind of lifting do you do?
The strength component of Wolfpack workouts is circuit training using dumbbells, barbells, TRX straps, kettlebells, medicine balls and body weight.
What do I need to bring?
Just come in your workout clothes and bring a water bottle. But if you forget your water bottle, we do have water available.
Are there showers?
We have two full sized bathrooms for changing clothes but no showers. We do have complimentary small towel service as well as feminine hygiene products and dry deodorant.
Do I need my own cycling shoes?
Nope! We have shoes available for you. If you prefer to bring your own shoes our pedals can accommodate SPD and Look Delta clips.
What kind of commitment do I have to make?
For our membership options, we require a three month commitment. Alternatively we also offer class packs and drop-in classes that can be purchased as needed.
How often should I workout at Wolfpack?
Some of our members come once a week and some members come six times a week. It really is up to you and what you want to get out of your experience.
What kind of workouts are there? What are the formats?
We offer three kinds of formats - all cycling, all strength (OG Wolfpack) and 50/50 of each (Hybrid) classes. To learn more, visit our classes page.
How long are the classes?
The classes are between 45-55 minutes of work but if possible you should plan to be here for an hour because we like to chat after class. But if you have leave early or right at the end of class, that is perfectly fine.
What time of day are the classes?
We have classes early in the morning, mid morning, and evenings. To see what might work for you best, please visit our schedule page.
