Sign up for any of these classes in your Wolfpack App.

- We are adding Yoga with Kelsey every Wednesday night. Check it out on your Wolfpack app to sign up!

- Cycle and Flow is a new Class format added on Monday mornings with Miranda. 25 minutes on the bike followed by 25 minutes of yoga and stretching.

- 7am on Mondays are back with a Wolfpack 30! An intensive lifting class all done in 30 minutes.

- Oct. 4th Happy hour at the East End, following the 5pm class

- Oct. 6th - Open House Event - bring your friends!

- October 22 - Lauren and Beth's team teach!

- October 26th - Dani and Katelyn's Surprise Team teach

- October 27th - Beth's first solo class!

- Oct. 31 - Halloween Team Teach with Julie & Meg @4:45pm
