These are all the events we have going on outside our regularly scheduled classes.

The Triple Crown Challenge is on! Challenge yourself to take 5 full cycle, 5 hybrid and 5 full Wolfpack classes in the month of May to complete the Triple Crown. Want more of a challenge? Go for a full 25 classes in the month. Chart your progress on the poster near the front desk.

May 3rd - Triathlon Training run at North Wales Running Company. Meet at 6:15pm at the running store. We will be demo-ing Brooks shoes and going for a 30 minute group run.

May 5th - Cinco de Mayo celebration - a special Friday evening full cycle pop up with Megan and Julie. Come ride with us at 5pm and then join us for margaritas and tacos in the studio from 6-8pm.

May 6th-13th - Nurses and Teachers Appreciation Week! Three free classes this week for anyone in these two amazing professions. We want to celebrate you! Come on in or reach out here to learn more.

May 7th - Spinal Focused cool down stretch with Bill from Core3 Physical Therapy. This special stretch will follow the 9:15 team teach.

May 29th - Keep your ears open for some very special schedule changes to celebrate Memorial Day.
